Dr Akriti Gakhar

Dr Akriti Gakhar is a consultant dermatologist with over six years of experience across medical, clinical, procedural and aesthetic dermatology. Her training and clinical work span tertiary-care teaching hospitals as well as high-volume private dermatology and aesthetic clinics, with experience in independent patient management, multidisciplinary care, clinic coordination and supervision of junior staff.

She completed her MD in Dermatology from Maharishi Markandeshwar Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Ambala, followed by DNB Dermatology. Her additional training includes a Fellowship Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from RIAMS, a Certificate Course in Dermatological Surgery from IMMAST, Mumbai, and healthcare management programmes from the Indian School of Business and IIM Nagpur–AIIMS Nagpur.

Her aesthetic dermatology practice includes botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, lasers, chemical peels, microneedling radiofrequency, PRP, HIFU, Thermage and other non-invasive rejuvenation treatments, alongside the management of acne, pigmentary disorders, rosacea, hair disorders and general dermatological conditions.

She has worked as a Consultant Dermatologist at Kaya Skin Clinic and Uncover Laser, Skin & Hair Clinic in Gurugram. She is currently undertaking a clinical observership in dermato-oncology at the Arthur J.E. Child Comprehensive Cancer Centre in Calgary, Canada.
