Dr. Dunja Milicic, MD, MSc is a specialist in Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery (ENT&HNS), with extensive experience in facial plastic surgery, rhinoplasty, and aesthetic medicine.
A graduate of the University of Zagreb Medical School, she completed an MSc in ENT, Audiology and Phoniatrics and specialized in ENT & Head and Neck Surgery. During her university training, she received an award for outstanding student work at the University of Zagreb. Her early advanced training included fellowships in rhinoplasty and facial plastic surgery with internationally recognized experts Prof. Ivo Padovan and Dr. Eugene Tardy Jr. at the University of Illinois, Chicago.
Since 1994, Dr. Milicic has practiced as an ENT&HNS consultant in Portugal, including private practice at Hospital da Luz Arrábida and Lusíadas Porto. She is double-board certified in Medicine and ENT&HNS in Croatia and Portugal.
Her professional interests include rhinoplasty, facial plastic surgery, non-surgical facial rejuvenation, regenerative medicine, and aesthetic medicine. She graduated in Aesthetic Medicine from the European College of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery and, in 2025, received accreditation for aesthetic medicine practice from the National Medical Commission of India.
Dr. Milicic is an international lecturer and trainer in aesthetic medicine and facial plastic surgery. She has participated as an invited speaker, lecturer, masterclass faculty member, and scientific committee member at major international congresses and educational programs across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
She is a member of the Scientific Organizing Committee of AMWC China, Chengdu, and has lectured at meetings and educational events including EAFPS, IFOS, the Intercontinental Rhinoplasty Meeting, RIAMS, and Medical Training Courses at King’s College London.
In 2025, she received an award for Best Presentation at Rinoscope 2025 in Poland.
For her service during the War in Croatia, Dr. Milicic was decorated with the highest national distinction for patriotic merit.
