The RIAMS Facial Fat Grafting Course is a focused 2-day program for plastic surgeons, ENT surgeons, oculoplastic surgeons and dermatologists seeking structured training in autologous fat transfer for facial rejuvenation and contouring. The course covers the complete clinical workflow, including patient selection, relevant anatomy, donor site planning, fat harvesting, processing and precise injection techniques for the face, periorbital region and neck..
The program is designed for surgeons looking to move beyond dermal fillers and conventional lipofilling toward regenerative, cell-based fat grafting. The curriculum includes live surgery demonstrations, in-OT assistance with four live surgeries under faculty supervision, case-based discussions, and focused lectures. Emphasis is placed on safety, plane-specific injection techniques and complication prevention and management.
Conducted under the academic framework of RIAMS, the course integrates theory with operative practice, enabling participants to develop a structured and reproducible approach to fat grafting.
