In these Terms, references to RIAMS shall mean the end user accessing the Website, its contents and using the Services offered through the Website, mean independent third party service providers.
1.www.riams.co.in is a training institute for medical professionals in the field of medical and surgical aesthetics.
2.Use of the Website is offered to you conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, as may be posted on the Website from time to time. www.riams.co.in at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept a User from registering on the Website without assigning any reason thereof.
3.The Products can be purchased through the Website through various methods of payments offered. The sale/purchase of Products shall be additionally governed by specific policies of sale, like cancellation policy, return policy, refund policy etc. In addition, these terms and policies may be further supplemented by Product specific conditions, which may be displayed on the webpage of that Product.
4.The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the privacy policy of www.riams.co.in. The user further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to her/him.
5.The User agrees and undertakes not to reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the Website.

9.These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram.
10.All course registrations and enrolment are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that while we do our best to complete the registration and enrolment process as quickly as possible, potential delays due to a high volume of registrations or unforeseen events are outside of our control.
Refund Policy for Online PaymentsÂ
At RIAMS we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless online payment experience. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have outlined our refund policy below:
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are applicable for transactions made through our online payment platform within the last 15 days.
Refunds will only be issued for eligible transactions that meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
Valid Reasons for Refunds:
Failed transactions: In the event of a failed transaction where payment is deducted but not successfully processed.
Duplicate transactions: If a customer accidentally makes duplicate payments for the same product or service.
Unauthorized transactions: Refunds will be provided for payments made without the customer’s consent or authorization.
Product or service dissatisfaction: If the customer is dissatisfied with the product or service provided, subject to our terms and conditions.
Refund Process:
Customers must submit a refund request within 15 days of the original transaction date.
Refund requests can be made by contacting our customer support team.
The refund request must include relevant details such as transaction ID, payment method used, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.
After receiving the refund request, we conduct a verification check. The refund will reflect in your bank account within 15 days of the transaction date.

Refund Approval:

Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 15 Business Days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. In some cases, alternative refund methods may be used based on the circumstances.
Non-Refundable Transactions:
Certain transactions may not be eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:
Transactions made outside the specified refund period.
Transactions that violate our terms of service or payment policies.
Transactions involving non-refundable products or services, clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the candidate cancels due to any reason, there will be a 50% deduction, if done within 2 weeks of registering for the course.
- No refund will be issued against cancellation after 2 weeks from the registration date.
- No refund will be issued if the delegate does not attend the hands-on part of the training course.
- The cancellation amount will be refunded within 8 weeks of cancellation request.
- All disputes will be settled under Haryana jurisdiction.
